Do Ho Suh

I went to LACMA and the tar pits this weekend. All of the art I saw was completely uninspiring; pool toys shoved into a ladder, an iron on the floor, trash crumpled into a corner. I dont know, perhaps I am missing something.

I was, however, extremely impressed by the artist featured below, his obvious talent and ability dwarfed the other artists, almost to a comical point.

Meant to represent his feelings as an American immigrant from Korea. Great detail was taken to replicate each tiny room. It has taken him 2 and a half years to complete. Unbelievable work.
